RAW MATERIAL
Sell and Delivery
Please read this summary of our terms and conditions. We always seek the greatest transparency and the best possible service.
¿What to keep in mind when considering purchasing the raw material for your wedding?
-
To receive the material filmed on the wedding day, the client must provide an external hard drive with at least 200 GB of free space, preferably a MAC IOS compatible solid state drive. The material will be delivered after the wedding day finishes or the day after in some cases.
If the customer would like to ask us to buy the hard drive for reasons of ease, they can do so, we will gladly make the purchase. The cost of the hard drive is additional to the cost of selling the material. We will make a partition that works on both Windows and Apple.
The files delivered will be in .MP4, MP3 and WAV (audio) formats. The editing project files are not provided, as they are the artistic and intellectual property of Blue Sky Wedding Films.

Most of the day we filmed in a FLAT color format (flat, desaturated colors). This allows for better color processing during editing for a more cinematic look. If you prefer a more saturated camera style that is closer to what you see with the naked eye, you can request this during the hiring process, before filming.
Some operating systems may have difficulty handling these uncompressed files. We recommend using VLC Player (for PC or MAC) or MPV (for MAC IOS) to open them.
While filming, some moments may show jerky movements or sudden angle changes. This is intentional to capture a variety of shots and perspectives that allow us to build a more dynamic final video. Most files are recorded at 60 frames per second so that slow motion effects can be created at appropriate times.
Audio for key moments such as vows, ceremony, and toasts are recorded separately and must be synced with the video (MP4) and audio (MP3 or WAV) files. These audio files are also delivered along with the final material. If you have an experienced video editor, they will be able to handle these edits effectively.
I hope this version is helpful in clearly and professionally communicating information about purchasing raw wedding materials.
