Summary of Service Contract Terms

  • -Producer must be notified of every activity on the wedding day and accompanied by a timeline.

    -Maximum distances allowed between wedding locations 5 miles.

    -In the event of an extreme emergency preventing the chosen videographer from attending, a substitute with similar experience will be assigned for the wedding day.

    -Two state-of-the-art cameras and professional audio equipment will be used as well as two experienced videographers.

    -Ambient sound recording depends on the CLIENT's contracted amplified audio.

    -Musical/instrumental presentations likely won't be included in the final video due to soundtrack considerations.

    -Only the most important wedding segments are included; long takes or entire sequences are excluded unless specially requested.

    -Sequences up to four minutes can be delivered free of charge if requested days before the event. **Feel free to ask the number of sequences available on your wedding package

    -Not all procession participants may appear in the final video to maintain pacing and flow.

    -Filming during vehicle transfers depends on secure parking availability.

    -Recording stops if party DJ activates lasers to protect camera sensors.

    -Filming team will leave if they face disrespect from the Planner, vendors, or attendees, with the CLIENT being notified to intervene.

  • -Videographer will arrive early to set up equipment and scout locations.

    -Travel time from bride's preparation to ceremony site: 30-40 minutes. Producer not responsible for missed shots if bride's preparation overruns.

    -Travel times between locations are included within the hours of coverage.

    -Extra 30 minutes during the getting ready phase to compensate for travel and dinner times, totaling six hours and 30 minutes.

    -All the video crew (director and second cameraman, third person in some cases) will have a dinner break (~20 minutes) during which important events will not be recorded.

  • -Payments will proceed as follows: 30% as a down payment, 70% on/3 days before the wedding or the day of the wedding in cash.

    -Visualization and corrections of the final material occur after full payment.

    -No refunds for CLIENT cancellations or external situations; rescheduling allowed within 12 months due to possible national emergencies.

    -If PRODUCER resigns, all funds will be returned to CLIENT.

    -PayPal deposits accepted with CLIENT covering fees; international wire transfer terms negotiable.

  • -Final project delivered 4k (3840×2160) digital format via internet (e.g., direct download, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Vimeo).

    -A one-minute promotional version may be published for brand promotion.

    -CLIENT can opt out of publicizing their video for an extra fee of 15% of the total package cost.

    -Final project delivered within 60 business days after the ceremony. Ask for earlier delivery service.

    -PRODUCER will delete the filmed material 15 days after delivery.

    -Only key moments of the wedding are recorded, not the entire event uncut.

    -Raw footage is not sold, but requests for it will be evaluated and will incur additional costs.

  • CLIENTS can request up to five changes across the two final editions, within 15 days of project delivery.

    Changes must be well-argued; technical errors will be corrected.

    Corrections are limited to one round of written changes upon delivery.

    No extensions to video duration are allowed.

    Changing songs may result in some clips not fitting; each cut/change counts as a correction.

    Exceeding five corrections incurs a $50 fee per additional correction.

    Additional change requests after the first round will incur extra costs, based on complexity and time required.

    Payment is required in advance for any extra changes.

    CLIENTS must notify PRODUCER of people/activities to exclude from the video post-event.

    Musical selection is decided by the PRODUCER, but CLIENTS can request specific non-commercial songs one week before the event.

    Failure to provide song requests on time allows PRODUCER to choose the soundtrack.

    Changing or adding songs post-deadline costs $70 per song due to editing complications.
